Join us in the fight to
let Woodfin know that we don’t need their so-called “municipal
services.” There is no “good” that Woodfin can supply that we do not
already have ready access to. Woodfin offers us nothing but emptier
pockets and enforced zoning.
For those who don't know

The Town of Woodfin is
pursuing passage of an involuntary annexation ordinance, which means
that they intend to force the people who live in the targeted area
of Buncombe County to become residents of Woodfin whether they like
it or not. This also includes all businesses in the target area.
This is not a harmless measure. If you live and do business in the
area, your taxes will go up! If you rent in the area, your
landlord’s taxes will go up and at some point so will your rent.
All property and all structures will be subject to zoning.
If Woodfin succeeds in
annexing us, it means that:
